Sustain-A-Bowl focuses on serving healthy, gourmet bowls. We give you the option to choose between 2 different fresh and delicious bowls, with each week’s menu items changing based on the availability of ingredients.

A big part of our mission is to reduce food waste by turning good food that would otherwise be thrown away into chef-prepared meals. Thanks to our food donors, such as US Foods and Life Farms, our “Sustain-A-Bowls” are made entirely from fresh rescued ingredients! The food items that are donated each week vary depending on what our donors have available. Some weeks we may have plenty of chicken and other weeks we may have more beef. Our “Sustain-A-Bowls” guarantee that you’ll always have a choice of delicious food options.
