STEVE MARCIANO, CHAIRMAN
Hello, my name is Steve Marciano. I am currently the Manager of Business Operations for St. Anthony’s Hospital and Morton Plant North Bay Hospital. I am a nursing professional with a vast background in business and finance management, clinical standard and health care policy, leadership, and project management. I completed both a Baccalaureate degree in Public Health and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration.
I reside in Palm Harbor and have lived in Pinellas County, Florida for the past 36 years. I enjoy biking, physical fitness activities, travel, and volunteering my time to organizations improving the outcomes of vulnerable populations. I am impassioned and inspired at the opportunity to join Cameron, Ellen, and the 360 Eats team, to collaborate on bridging the gaps of food waste and food insecurity in our community. The innovative circular economic system to provide sustainable food resource solutions aimed at eliminating waste and fostering the continual use of resources, will improve outcomes for those vulnerable in the community experiencing food insecurity.

SARAH LIAKOS, VICE-CHAIRMAN
Hi there! My name is Sarah and I’m honored to sit on the 360 Eats Board of Directors. Joining Chef Ellen and Cameron in their multi-purpose mission is something I am proud to stand behind and share.
I have also been a member of the Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin for over a decade, and greatly value being of service and giving back to the community.
Professionally, I have been part of a local Tampa Bay commercial real estate development firm for almost 15 years serving clients throughout the Southeast. My current role includes overseeing Development and Finances for Wagner Property Group, based in Tampa. I enjoy that our preferred list of clients are also good stewards of the community and some even directly aid 360 Eats in their mission!

GEOFFREY ANDERSON, CO-TREASURER
Hello, my name is Geoff Anderson. I'm currently a Director in ResMed's corporate development team, where I focus on M&A and other strategic initiatives on a global scale. My expertise lies in mergers & acquisitions, strategic and business development, and financial forecasting and analysis.
I moved to Florida in 2012 and have spent most of my time in the Sunshine State in St Petersburg, which I currently call home. In my spare time, I try and take advantage of the Florida weather on the golf course, at the beach or pursuing other outdoor activities.
I'm passionate about working with the 360 Eats team as they have developed a unique and cost-effective approach to create a more sustainable and equitable food system. I look forward to supporting Cameron and Ellen and helping the organization reach its full potential.

DAVID BRETT, CO-TREASURER
Hello, my name is David Brett. I was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, receiving my bachelor’s degree in accounting from FSU, and then going on to obtain an MBA degree from USF. With a strong foundational background in accounting and business administration, I’ve developed a comprehensive skill set in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.
I’m happily married with two children. Quality time with family is very important to me. Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy playing golf, engaging in outdoor activities, and exploring new places with the family.
I’m deeply committed to making a positive impact in our community and leveraging my skills and experiences to support a meaningful cause. I resonate strongly with the mission of 360 Eats and believe in its potential to effect positive change in the lives of others. I aim to contribute my expertise to help the organization achieve its goals and maximize its impact.

ERIN DAVIS, SECRETARY
Hi, there! My name is Erin Davis. I serve as Manager of Legal Services for BayCare Health System, Inc. While leading my team, I also support the system on a wide range of matters including contracting, corporate governance, policy review, and strategic initiatives.
I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. In my free time you will find me spending time with my husband and two kiddos. Whether we’re finding adventure at a new park, riding our bikes around the neighborhood, or playing in the pool, we love being outdoors. In the fall, you will also find me cheering on the Fighting Irish.
I am excited and honored to collaborate with the 360 Eats team. I love that Cameron and Ellen are committed to eliminating food waste while serving our community with dignity. I firmly believe that food is medicine. The Tampa Bay community has a great need for nourishment and 360 Eats is making a profound impact. I am looking forward to supporting the growth and sustainability of 360 Eats.

DR. BEVERLY WARREN, BOARD MEMBER
Greetings, my name is Beverly Warren. With more than two decades of progressive management and leadership experience in Higher Education and equity-based programs across various types of institutions, I currently hold the position of Vice President for Inclusive Excellence at Eckerd College.
My journey has been dedicated to leading, managing, and facilitating learning experiences, as well as program development and implementation, all with a focus on enhancing experiences and fostering positive outcomes for constituents.
In 2021, I made the decision to relocate to St. Petersburg, Florida, to be closer to my family in the Tampa Bay area.
Guided by my lifelong motto, “To whom much is given, much is required”, I am deeply committed to the principle of serving others. It is with this conviction that I proudly contribute as a board member of 360 eats, engaging in the vital work of combating food waste and addressing food insecurity within our community.

MEGAN MCGEE, BOARD MEMBER
Hello, my name is Megan McGee. I am the Assistant Director of the Administrative Services Bureau of the St. Petersburg Police Department (SPPD). I oversee Information Technology, Grants & Special Projects, Fiscal Services and Records Management. My proudest professional achievement is the development of the successful Community Assistance and Life Liaison (CALL) pilot program, a civilian mental health response program that diverts nonviolent and noncriminal calls from a law enforcement response. I’ve brought in nearly $5M in grant revenue within 3 years, with a special emphasis on programing for Victim Services and Community Policing Initiatives. I have a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
I have been a St. Petersburg resident for nearly twenty years, I have two wonderful teenagers and a shelter dog who grew much bigger than expected.
I’m so glad to join the 360 Eats team and expand opportunities to simultaneously combat food insecurity and food waste.

JODY THORSEN, BOARD MEMBER
As the Senior Vice President of Mission Advancement at the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA, I am committed to harnessing strategic leadership to drive transformative community impact through philanthropy. In this role, I oversee diverse initiatives—capital campaigns, annual giving, and endowment programs—ensuring our efforts lead to sustainable growth and enhanced community engagement. My extensive operational experience has been instrumental in this journey.
My career includes significant roles such as Lead Operations Director for USSOCOM – SOF AT&L, and Operations Director across various leisure companies in the US and England. These roles have refined my skills in program development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic growth. Additionally, my experience at Tesco, where I led community and diversity initiatives, underscores my dedication to creating inclusive and supportive environments.
My extensive operational background allows me to effectively operationalize processes and leverage my strengths in relationship building, driving impactful programs and fostering meaningful community connections.

CONNIE GUINN, BOARD MEMBER
Connie Siu Guinn is a certified fundraising executive with a 25+ year career dedicated to advancing mission driven organizations through philanthropy. She has led non-profit teams, community partnerships, driven philanthropy initiatives and served on non-profit boards.
Throughout her career, Connie has been passionate about health, wellbeing and making a difference in people’s lives. She recently joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) as the Senior Director, Advancement & Major Gifts. Prior to joining BBBSA, she held numerous leadership positions on the fundraising teams with Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Georgia and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
She holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
Connie resides in St. Petersburg with her husband and two children, Sophie (13) and Harper (10).
Connie enjoys spending time with family and friends at the beach, traveling and getting lost in a good book.

RONNICA WHALEY, BOARD MEMBER
Ronnica Whaley comes from a family of female chef entrepreneurs, with her grandmother, aunt, and mother all owning food businesses. Trained in American home cooking from a young age, Ronnica earned three culinary degrees and worked in high-end restaurants before serving as a private chef in Omaha.
Now, she runs the successful Shiso Crispy food truck and restaurant in Tampa and St. Petersburg, FL. Passionate about fighting food waste and insecurity, Ronnica brings her expertise to help 360 Eats grow and expand its community impact.Description goes here

TAMI SHADDUCK, BOARD MEMBER
Hello, my name is Tami Shadduck. I work as teaching faculty at the University of South Florida’s College of Public Health. I fell in love with public health while serving in Peace Corps Costa Rica. I have a special interest in closing the gaps in health disparities through education and advocacy. What I love most about 360 Eats is the connection between human health, the environment, and service to others. I am honored to lend my skill set and passion for public health to this amazing organization.
Although I grew up in New York, I’ve lived in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida for 20+ years. On the weekends you can find me on my paddle board, reading in my hammock, or running along the waterfront. My absolute favorite thing to do is travel, so I’m grateful whenever I can take USF students on a study abroad experience. I am married and a mom to two daughters, a sassy cat, a pint-sized dog, and more house plants than any one person should have.

JAMES GILLEN, BOARD MEMBER
Hello, my name is James Gillen. I serve as the Chief Development & Marketing Officer for The Mission Continues. Before that, I was the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at United Way Suncoast in Tampa Bay, bringing extensive experience in marketing, communications, and fundraising within the nonprofit sector to the table.
I earned an MBA from the University of South Florida, a BS in Business Administration from East Tennessee State University, and graduate certificates in nonprofit leadership from Harvard University and Boston University.
Having called Tampa Bay home for over 30 years, my wife Katherine and I have been married for nearly 25 years, raising four children. Family time is precious to me, particularly when we can contribute to our community together.
I am thrilled to join the board of 360 Eats, where my passion for community service and sustainable living finds new expression. 360 Eats' commitment to addressing food insecurity and environmental sustainability through innovative solutions resonates deeply with me. I am eager to contribute my skills and experience to amplify our impact, creating sustainable, meaningful change for our community's most pressing challenges.
